- 1. 갚다, 배상하다, 보상하다.
- • One hereby indemnifies the other against the losses the other may incur in the future. 당사자는 타방 당사자에게 향후 발생할 수 있는 손해에 대하여 면책한다.(손해를 끼치지 않도록 하겠고, 만약 손해가 발생한 경우에는 보상할 것을 지금 약속한다.)
