One hereby indemnifies the other against the losses the other may incur in the future. 당사자는 타방 당사자에게 향후 발생할 수 있는 손해에 대하여 면책한다.(손해를 끼치지 않도록 하겠고, 만약 손해가 발생한 경우에는 보상할 것을 지금 약속한다.)
The Borrower indemnifies and agrees to indemnify the Guarantor against any loss, expense or damage the Guarantor may suffer as a result of the issuance of the Guarantee. 채무자는 보증서의 발급으로 인하여 보증인이 입을 수 있는 모든 손실, 비용, 손해배상으로부터 보증인을 면책하며 면책할 것에 동의한다.(현재 및 미래에 대한 면책을 강조함)
