• At any time thereafter any such extension shall be made by notification addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and shall take effect as from the ninetieth day after the day of receipt by the Secretary-General of the United Nations of this notification, or as from the date of entry into force of the Convention for the State concerned, whichever is the later. 이러한 확대적용은 그 이후 어느 때든지 국제연합 사무총장 앞으로 통고함으로써 행할 수 있으며, 그 효력은 국제연합 사무총장이 통고를 접수한 날로부터 90일 후 또는 관계국가에 대하여 이 협약이 효력을 발생하는 날 중의 늦은 편의 일자에 발생한다.
