- 1. (구식) 교섭, 협상
- All waivers hereunder shall be in writing, and the failure of any parley at any time to require the other party's performance of any obligations under this Agreement shall not affect the right subsequently to require performance of the obligation. 제반 권리포기는 문서로 이루어져야 하며, 본 계약에 있어서 타방 당사자의 의무이행을 요구하는 협상의 결렬은 그 이후에 의무이행을 요구할 권리에 영향을 주지 아니한다.
