- One of the most visible Hispanic legacies is the prevalence of Spanish surnames, and names among Filipinos. This peculiarity, unique among the people of Asia, came as a result of a colonial decree. 가장 눈에 띄는 스페인의 유산으로서, 필리핀사람들에게는 스페인어로 된 성과 이름이 널리 퍼져 있다는 것이다. 이러한 특색은 아시아인에게서는 유일한데, 식민지 시대의 법률에서 비롯된 것이다.
