▪ Applicable Law means the laws, regulations, rules, notices, orders, decisions or other documents promulgated by the legislative, administrative, or judicial organs, which are applicable to one party or the subject matter hereof. 적용법규라 함은 입법,행정,사법 당국에 의하여 공포된 것으로서 어느 한 당사자 또는 주요 사안에 적용되는 법률, 규칙, 규정, 고시, 명령, 결정 기타 문서들을 말한다.
