불가산 (격식) 호혜(互惠)

• When signing, ratifying or acceding to this Convention, or notifying extension under article X hereof, any State may on the basis of reciprocity declare that it will apply the Convention to the recognition and enforcement of awards made only in the territory of another Contracting State. 어떠한 국가든지 이 협약에 서명, 비준 또는 가입할 때, 또는 이 협약 제10조에 의하여 확대적용을 통고할 때에, 상호주의의 기초에서 다른 체약국의 영토내에서 내려진 판정의 승인 및 집행에 한하여 이 협약은 적용한다고 선언할 수 있다.
