• If the said Index is not available because the National Statistics Bureau does not exist at the time of the renewal of this Contract, statistics prepared by any other reputable institution then existing may be substituted therefor. 이 계약이 갱신될 시점에 "미국 통계청"이 존재하지 아니함으로 인하여 앞서 언급한 "지표"를 활용할 수 없는 경우, 그 때 존재하는 다른 평판 있는 기관에 의하여 준비되는 통계로 대체할 수 있다.
