• 1. 대신하다, 대체하다.

• In the event that the PARTIES enter into a written contract concerning a business relationship of the type contemplated herein, the provisions of such contract concerning confidentiality of information shall supersede and prevail over any conflicting provisions of this Agreement. 당사자들이 여기에 규정된 형태의 사업 협력에 관한 서면 계약을 체결할 경우, 정보의 보호에 관한 그 계약의 조항들은 이 계약의 조항들을 대체하며 그러한 조항들과의 충돌에 있어서 우선하여 적용된다.
