- 1. (계약을) 해지하다.
- • If an event of default under clause 18.3 above occurs, KUJ may at its own option terminate this Deed of Settlement by notice in writing to OPY, whereupon all outstanding obligations under this Deed of Settlement of KUJ shall be cancelled. 18.3조에 규정한 채무불이행이 있는 경우, KUJ는 OPY에게 서면 통보로서 본 계약을 종료할 수 있는 권한이 있다. 이 경우, KUJ가 이행하지 아니한 모든 계약상 의무는 취소된다.
