- There shall not be imposed substantially more onerous conditions or higher fees or charges on the recognition or enforcement of arbitral awards to which this Convention applies than are imposed on the recognition or enforcement of domestic arbitral awards. 이 협약이 적용되는 중재판정의 승인 또는 집행에 있어서는 내국 중재판정의 승인 또는 집행에 있어서 부과하는 것보다 실질적으로 엄중한 조건이나 고액의 수수료 또는 과징금을 부과하여서는 아니된다.
