The Distributor shall not disclose to any third party, without the prior written consent of ABC, or use (or any purpose other than the performance of its obligations under this Agreement), any confidential information concerning the Contract Products or business affairs of ABC(including but not limited to, prices, discounts, terms and conditions of sales, customers, business affairs, Contract Products or Contract Product's specifications) which it receives directly or indirectly from ABC, or which it acquires or develops in the course of its transactions with ABC. "대리점"은 ABC의 사전 사면 동의 없이는, ABC로부터 직접적으로 혹은 간접적으로 제공받거나 ABC와의 거래의 과정에서 취득하거나 개발된 "계약 제품" 또는 ABC의 영업 관련 제반 사항 (가격, 할인, 판매조건, 고객, 영업 사항, "계약 제품", "계약 제품"의 사양을 포함하나 이에 한정하지 아니한다.)에 관련한 비밀 정보를 제3자에게 공개하거나 사용(단, 이 계약상의 의무를 이행하기 위한 사용은 제외)할 수 없다.
