• The Distributor shall not alter, deface, remove, cover or mutilate in any manner the Trademark, serial or model numbers, brand, or ABC's name attached or affixed to any of the Contract Products, without the prior written consent of ABC. "대리점"은 ABC의 사전 서면 동의 없이, "계약 제품"에 부착되어 있는 "상표", 일련번호, 모델번호, 브랜드, ABC의 이름을 어떠한 방법으로도 변경, 훼손, 제거, 차폐, 절단해서는 아니된다.
