• If the parties have agreed that the Buyer is entitled to inspect the goods before shipment, the Seller must notify the Buyer within a reasonable time before the shipment that the goods are ready for inspection at the agreed place. 매수인이 선적전에 물품을 검사할 권리가 있는 것으로 당사자간에 합의된 경우에는, 매도인은 반드시 선적전의 상당한 기간내에 약정된 장소에서 물품의 검사준비가 되어 있음을 매수인에게 통지하여야 한다.
