The furnishing of CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION hereunder shall not constitute or be construed as a grant of any express or implied license or other right, or a covenant not to sue or forbearance from any other right of action (except as to permitted activities hereunder), by DISCLOSER to RECIPIENT under any of DISCLOSER's patents or other intellectual property rights. 본 계약에 따른 “비밀 정보”의 제공은 “공개 당사자”의 특허 및 기타 지적재산권에 있어서 “공개 당사자”의 “수신 당사자”에 대한 명시적인 혹은 묵시적인 허가, 기타 권리의 허여, 부제소 혹은 권리행사(단, 본 계약에서 허용된 행위는 예외로 한다.) 포기를 구성하지도 해석되지도 아니한다.
Distributor shall advise Manufacturer or Supplier promptly of any claim under paragraph 9.1 and in all events such claim must be furnished to Manufacturer or Supplier in writing during the period set forth in paragraph 9.1. "대리점"은 9.1조에 규정한 청구가 제기된 경우 즉시 "제조자" 또는 "공급자"에게 조언을 해야 하고, 그러한 청구 내용은 9.1조에 정해진 기간 내에 서면으로 "제조자" 또는 "공급자"에게 제공되어야 한다.
