- Promptly after the receipt of the Contract Products, the Distributor shall inspect or shall cause its qualified agent to inspect the Contract Products in Korea at the Distributor's cost, to insure that the quality standards have been met as agreed to in writing by the parties. "계약 제품"을 수령하고나서 지체없이, "대리점"은 품질 기준이 양당사자에 의하여 서면으로 합의된 바에 적합한지를 확실히 하기 위하여, "대리점"의 비용으로 한국에서 "계약제품"을 조사하거나, 품질 관련 대리인으로 하여금 조사게 하여야 한다.
