The parties agree that implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties and/or guarantees, express or implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply for the contract products. 당사자들은 상용화 및 특정 목적에 적합함에 대한 묵시적 보증과 그 밖의 보증 - 그것이 명시적이든 묵시적이든 간에 - 은 이 거래에 포함되지 아니하였고 계약 제품에 적용되지 않는다는 것에 동의한다.
