1. (격식) 필요한 부분만 약간 수정하여, 필요한 변경을 한 뒤에, 본질적으로는 같으나 상세(당사자, 주소 등)한 것에 필요한 수정을 보태서
If the Licensee desires to disclose any information given under this Secrecy Agreement to any third party, the Licensee shall enter into a seperate secrecy agreement wherein the provisions of this secrecy Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis. 라이센스를 받은 당사자는 이 계약과 같은 취지의 계약을 맺고 난 뒤에만 정보를 타인에게 공개해도 좋다.
The provisions of Articles 5 through 8 above shall apply mutatis mutandis to the quasi-incompetent persons. 제5조 내지 제8조의 규정은 한정치산자에 준용한다. (따옴◄Civil Act of South Korea/GENERAL PROVISIONS)
