2.~ (against something) (법률) (권리 침해에 대한 법적) 구제 방법
The PARTIES understand and agree that monetary compensations would not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of Articles 2, 3 or 4 of this Agreement by the PARTIES. The DISCLOSER, its agents and representatives shall be entitled to demand performance pursuant to the provisional disposition of Article 3 and/or injunctive relief as a remedy for any such breach or attempt of breach. Such remedy shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedy for any such breach of this Agreement but shall be in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity. 당사자들은 당사자들에 의해 이 계약 제2, 3, 4조의 위반에 대해서 금전적 배상은 충분한 구제책이 될 수 없다는 점을 이해하고 동의한다. “공개 당사자” 및 그 대리인과 대표는 그러한 위반이나 위반의 시도에 대한 구제방안으로서 제3조의 임시 조치 및/또는 가처분을 위하여 이행을 요구할 권리를 가진다. 그러한 구제방안은 이 계약의 위반에 대한 배타적인 구제방안으로 간주되지 아니하며 법이나 형평의 원칙에 따라 적용될 수 있는 다른 구제방안이 부가되어야 한다.
