• If any Shareholder wishes to sell its shares in the Joint Venture Company, the other Shareholders shall have the right of first refusal to buy such shares, in the proportion that each such Shareholder's interest in the Joint Venture Company bears to the total outstanding interests. 일방 주주가 조인트 벤처 회사의 주식을 매도하고자 하는 경우, 다른 주주들은 그 주주들이 전체 주식에 대해서 가지는 비율에 따라, 그 매도하고자 하는 주식을 매입할 선택권을 가진다.
