• This Agreement shall become effective upon signing, and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of 2(two) years period of time, unless three months prior to the expiration of the term or any extension thereof, a notice of intention to finally terminate is given in writing by one party to the other. 일방 당사자가 타방 당사자에게 이 계약을 종료하겠다는 의사의 통지를 이 계약기간 또는 계약이 연장된 기간의 3개월 이전에 통지하지 않는 한, 이 계약은 서명한 때로부터 2년의 기간동안 유효하다.
