• Article 13 relating to notices shall apply also in case of assignment hereof by the Borrower. Therefore, no assignment shall become effective until and unless the Lender in notified of such assigment in accordance therewith. 통지에 관련된 제13조는 빌려준 자가 양도를 하는 경우에도 적용된다. 따라서 빌리는 자가 그 조항에 따른 양도의 통지를 받지 않은 한 양도는 유효하지 않다.
