No modification of the Contract is valid unless agreed or evidenced in writing. However, a party may be precluded by his conduct from asserting this provision to the extent that the other party has relied on that conduct. 당해 계약의 어떠한 변경도 서면으로 합의되거나 입증되지 아니하는 한, 효력을 갖지 못한다. 그러나 당사자 일방은 자신의 행위에 의하여 상대방으로 하여금 이에 의존하도록 한 범위내에서는 이 규정을 주장하는 것이 배제될 수 있다.
