An Investor may, in an appropriate situation by notice to the other Investors stating its reasons for doing so, withdraw from participation in the Second Phase of the Development and thereupon shall have no further right or obligation vis-a-vis any other Investor in relation to the Second Phase from which it has so withdrawn. 투자자는 적절한 시점에 다른 투자자들에게 그 이유를 통보함으로써, "개발 2단계"의 참여에서 철수할 수 있다. 그와 같이 철수한 경우 "2단계"와 관련하여 다른 투자자들과의 상호 권리나 의무를 가지지 아니한다.
