- • The purpose of this Act is to provide for matters concerning designation, development, management and utilization of harbors to serve to develop the national economy through the promotion of the construction of harbors and ensuring the efficiency of manangement and operation thereof. 이 법은 항만의 지정, 개발, 관리 및 사용에 관한 사항을 규정함으로써 항만의 건설을 촉진하고 그 관리, 운영의 효율화를 도모하여 국민경제의 발전에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다.
