• Any dispute arising out of this MOU shall be settled by Seoul Central District Court having exclusive jurisdiction. 이 MOU로부터 생기는 모든 분쟁은 전속적 관할권을 가지는 서울중앙지방법원에 의하여 확정된다.

• Any claims or disagreements arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Seoul Central District Court of Korea. 이 계약과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 클레임이나 불합의는 서울중앙지방법원의 전속 관할에 복종한다.
